Halloween is almost here, and we know many families have been looking forward to once again joining us at Eastside Marketplace for Trunk or Treat.
However, while Trunk or Treat has been a fun and successful event the last four years, we’re aiming for a more personal, relational approach this year. Instead of one large event at the church, we’re encouraging our Life Groups to create opportunities for connection right in their own neighborhoods—whether it’s hosting trick-or-treat stations, joining in local Halloween events, or volunteering together in the community.
In addition to this, we are reallocating the resources we’d normally spend on Trunk or Treat to host a community Back to School event in 2025, where we plan to offer school supplies, backpacks, haircuts, and more for families in need.
Stay tuned for ways to get involved next year, and this fall, we look forward to spreading love and building connections right where God has placed us!
